ALFRED J. SANTONI Jr.

Alfred J. Santoni Jr., 55, Altoona, passed away Tuesday morning at UPMC Altoona after an extended illness.

He was born in Altoona, son of Sylvia Mary (Tudisco) Santoni and the late Alfred J. Santoni Sr.

Surviving are a daughter, Chelsie Santoni of Tyrone; his mother of Altoona; and two brothers: Ronald M. of Altoona and Jeffrey Thomas of Pittsburgh.

Alfred was a 1977 graduate of Altoona Area High School. He was an industrial laborer for SERMAC. He enjoyed fishing, motorcycles and outdoor activities.

Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31, 2014, at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home Inc., 1204 17th St., Altoona. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 309 Lutz Ave., Lakemont, Monsignor Michael Becker officiating. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery, Altoona.
