BARBARA A. BIRELY

Barbara A. Birely, 55, of Altoona, passed away at her residence Saturday morning after an extended illness. Barbara was born in Altoona, the daughter of Linda L. (Hale) Birely and the late William C. Sr.

Surviving are: a daughter, Jasmine Farlow; a son, Tyrone Miller; five grandchildren: Tyrone Jr., Deondrae, Gia, Mataley and Montier; her mother, Linda; her sister, Susan M. Birely; her brother, William C. Birely Jr.; and her best friend, Patty Georgiana.

Barbara was a 1983 graduate of Altoona Area High School and received her certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 1993.

Barbara retired from the Hollidaysburg Veterans Home as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

At the request of the deceased there will be no services.
