Beverly A. (Kuhn) Fabian, 71, Altoona, died Wednesday evening at UPMC Altoona.
She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Leroy Morris and Margaret (Brawley) Kuhn. She married Bernard P. Fabian on Aug. 12, 1972, at St. Mark’s Catholic Church.
Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Brenda Fabian and husband, Erik Viker, of Bellefonte; two sons: Ronald and Paul and wife, Stephanie, all of Altoona; three grandchildren: Beth, Andrew and Nathan; a sister, Mary Jean Leberfinger of Altoona; and two sisters-in-law: Ruth Kuhn and Linda Kuhn.
She was preceded in death by three brothers: Francis “Fran,” Austin “Charlie” and LeRoy “Pat.”
Beverly was a 1962 Altoona Catholic High school graduate. She volunteered at Bon Secours Hospital for many years and retired from Warnaco. She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Parish and St. Mark’s Catholic Church.
Beverly enjoyed painting, ceramics, gardening, birthday club dinners and all get-togethers with Warnaco friends. She deeply loved her family.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2015, at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home Inc., 1204 17th St., Altoona, where a vigil for the deceased will be held at 7:45 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, April 27, 2015, at St. Mark’s Catholic Church, 416 Sixth Ave., Altoona, by Father Ronald Osinski. Committal will be at SS. Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Cemetery.
