CHARLOTTE PLUNKETT

Charlotte E. Plunket, 85, Altoona, died Wednesday afternoon at UPMC Altoona.
She was born in Altoona, daughter of Harris and Gerdean (Hicks) Hill. She married Robert C. Plunket on June 28, 1946, in Winchester, Va., and he preceded her in death on May 25, 2014.
Surviving are a stepson, Robert C. Goss and fiancée, Tawny Smola, and their son, Royce.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda L.
Charlotte was a bookkeeper employed by her husband’s business, Robert C. Plunkett Painting. She enjoyed cooking.
Friends will be received from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 11, 2015, at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home Inc., 1204 17th St., Altoona, followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. by Pastor Steven Derr. Committal will be private at Rose Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Horizons Hospice, 309 E. Plank Road, Altoona, PA 16602.
