CLARA PEARL ANDREWS

Clara P. Andrews, 90, Altoona, died Monday at Altoona Regional Health System, Altoona Hospital Campus. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, daughter of the late George Earl and Ruth Etta (Keasey) Fisher. She married Calvin Leroy Andrews on Feb. 16, 1942, in Cumberland, Md., and he preceded her in death on April 22, 1990. Surviving are a daughter, Barbara Jean Andrews, with whom she resided; a sister, Mary Johnson; and a brother, Charles E. She was preceded in death by two sisters: Mae Fisher and Ethel Bookas; and a brother, George. Clara attended services at Green Avenue Tower and was a member of Reservoir Bible Church. She had been employed in housekeeping for Jacksonville Memorial Hospital, Jacksonville, Fla. A memorial service will be held in December. Inurnment will be at Martinsburg Fairview Cemetery.
