DOROTHY GRACE STAHL

Dorothy Grace Stahl, 87, Altoona, died Friday at Amber Terrace at Altoona Center for Nursing Care.

She was born in Loysburg, daughter of Ralph and Vera (Smith) Smith. She married Asher Bruce Stahl on April 9, 1948, and he died June 20, 2012.

Surviving are a son, Jeffrey Bruce and wife, Diane Marie, of Altoona; two grandchildren: Nicole Marie Cutler and husband, Jeffrey, of Minersville and their son, Justin Tyler, and Adam Bruce Stahl of Altoona; and a sister, Patricia Smith.

She was preceded in death by a brother, William. She was a van driver for the Altoona Area School District. She was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church. Dorothy enjoyes cake decorating,cermenics and arranging flowers.

Friends will be received from 9:30 until the 11 a.m. funeral service Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home Inc., 1204 17th St., Altoona, by Pastor Barry Folmar. Committal will be at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
