GARY L. DRYBURGH

Gary L. Dryburgh, 66, Altoona, died Tuesday morning at his residence.He was born in Altoona, son of the late Leo Sr. and Anna (Plutko) Dryburgh. He married Pauline G. Steele on Oct. 17, 1970, in Altoona.Surviving are his wife; two sons: Adam L. and Gary L. Jr. and wife, Tammy, all of Altoona; a grandson, Dylan; three sisters: Madelyn Brown, Virginia Berry and Diana Bard; and a brother, Dennis. Preceded in death by numerous brothers and sisters.Gary served as a specialist 4 in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He worked at the Hollidaysburg Veterans Home as a nursing assistant and also at Maxion Machine. He enjoyed watching sports of all kinds.Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, 2011, at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home Inc., 1204 17th St., Altoona (www.krishfuneralhome.com), followed by a funeral service at 7 p.m. by Pastor Denise Arpino.
