George Peckowycz

George I. Peckowycz, 68, of Altoona, died Tuesday at Penn Highlands, Tyrone. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Harry and Magdalene (Plishko) Peckowycz. Surviving is a son, Mark Morgan. George was a heavy equipment operator and a mechanic. He was a graduate of Altoona Area High School and loved working on automobiles. Private services will be held by Father James Davidson at the convenience of the family. Interment at St. Mary Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Altoona.
