Hilda Wills, 92, Altoona, went home to be with the Lord Saturday afternoon.
Hilda was born in Patton, daughter of the late Peter and Cecelia (Long) Holtz. On June 7, 1947, she married Eugene W. Wills and he preceded her in death on Aug. 1, 1980.
Surviving are three daughters: Susan (John) Schroeder, Deborah (Ken) Johnston and Celeste (Bob) Crossman and a son, Eric (Jen) Wills, all of Altoona; a daughter-in-law, Kathy Wills of Greensburg; 11 grandchildren: Christine, Kaye, Brent, Rob, Aaron, Jared, Jordan, Kate, Haley, Hannah and Emma; three great-grandchildren: Reed, Lilly and Jaxon; and a special friend, George "Mackey" Garner.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by and a son, Mark Wills. She was the last of 15 brothers and sisters.
Hilda was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Duncansville. She was a talented artist and taught art at her home. She was also an avid gardener, planting a large flower bank and vegetable garden for over 60 years. Hilda played piano, guitar and loved to sing. She was an officer and member of the Golden Nuggets and a member of the Horseshoe Senior dance clubs and Jubilato Deo Choir.

Friends will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2020, at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home Inc., 1204 17th St., Altoona, and from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020, at Grace Bible Church, 134 Logan Blvd., Hollidaysburg, where a service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Pastor Doug Pilot officiating. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
