HOWARD L. BURKHAMMER

Howard L Burkhammer, 90, of Altoona, died Tuesday at his residence. He was born in Weston, W.Va., son of the late Lewis R. Burkhammer and Buelah (Keister) Burkhammer. He married Barbara L. Lofflin on Sept. 29, 1956. She preceded him in death on Oct. 6, 2001. Surviving are two daughters, Cindy (Wayne) Greenstreet and Cara (Ken) Brodman; two sons, John Burkhammer and Mark Burkhammer, and several grandchildren. Howard enjoyed fishing, gardening and metal dectecting. At the request of the deceased, there will be no services. Arrangements are by Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home Inc., 1204 17th St., Altoona.
