Martha E. 'Aunt Mar' Dale

Miss Martha E. 'Aunt Mar'. Dale age 80, of Altoona, PA., died Thursday morning at her residence. Born in Altoona, PA., she was the daughter of the late William L. and Dorothy Iola (Templeton) Dale. Survived by one sister: Joanne Bayer and husband Ned with whom she resided, and one brother: John and wife Winnie of Bellwood, also several nieces and nephews; Predeceased by her brothers, Robert, and Frank. Miss Dale was a former member of First Baptist Church. Martha loved taking pictures. A graduate of Altoona High School Class of 1947 Friends received from 3 to 7pm Sunday and from 9 to 10 am Monday at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home, Inc., 1204 - 17th Street, Altoona, PA. A funeral services will be held Monday, October 19, 2009 at 10:00 am at the funeral home, by Pastor Tyler Pepper. Committal will be at Blair Memorial Park.
