Ollie Wade Kuhns Jr.

Ollie W. Kuhns, Jr. 78, of Altoona, passed away Tuesday evening at Hilltop Healthcare and Rehab.

Ollie was born in Altoona, the son of the late Ollie Wade Sr. and the late Dolores (Roddy) Kuhns.

Survived by two daughters: Alicia Kuhns of Newark, DE and Julie Cohick of Williamsport.

Five Grandchildren Mackenzie Kuhns, Jerome Banks, Josiah Banks, Quentin Cochick, Kendall Cochick

Ollie was a mail handler for the USPS. 

Member of James L. Noble Post #3 VFW,  the Fort Apache VFW, and Central Pennsylvania National Guard Veteran Association.

He served during Vietnam war in the Marine Corps from Sep 13, 1966, to Sept 12, 1969, as a Corporal

A Celebration of Life Service will be on September 6, 2025, from 4 to 6 pm at Fort Apache VFW, 125 N. 16th Ave (Juniata) Altoona Pa, 16601

Private Inurnment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
