Richard Harland Weible

Richard Harland Weible, 69, of Altoona, passed away Tuesday at UPMC Altoona surrounded by his family. Richard was born in Altoona, son of the late William R. and Mary N. (Harland) Weible.

He married Charmaine T. Gordon on July 14, 1995, in Altoona.

Surviving are his wife, Charmaine; two daughters, Lindsey J. (Matthew) Erickson-Richards and Hannah M. (Christopher) Weible-Baum; eight grandchildren: Malachi Richards, Mason Richards, Lawson Richards, Lanniah Richards, Layton Richards, Harland Winters, Ollie Baum and Felix Baum; three nieces; a nephew; a sister, Daria Weible; and brother, William P. (Marjorie) Weible.

He was preceded in death by his brother, John Weible.

Richard was the owner/operator of RH Weible Concrete Contracting.

He enjoyed leather crafting and was an avid reader.

Richard proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy having served in the Seabees with a legacy of dedication, strength and patriotism.

Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral service Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026, at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home Inc., 1204 17th St., Altoona, with Jim Roe officiating.
