Robert Victor Wilinski, 70, Altoona, died Tuesday morning at Altoona Regional Health System, Altoona Hospital Campus. He was born in Baltimore, Md., son of the late Anthony John and Augustine Agnes (Miros) Wilinski. There will be no viewing or funeral service. Interment will be at Blair Memorial Park.
