ROBIN L. KERN

Robin L. (Porta) Kern, 59, Altoona, passed away peacefully Thursday evening at UPMC Altoona.

She was born in Camden, N.J., the daughter of the late James A. and Ruth C. (Hall) Porta. On Sept. 20, 1997, she married Randy C. Kern in Altoona.

Surviving are her husband; two daughters: Candy Porta and Heather Hann; a son, Michael Hann Jr.; a stepson, Randy D. Kern; nine grandchildren: Kelsey, Kayley, Alexis, Andrew, Zackary, Tiah, Skyler, Makaila and Oakley; four siblings: Donna (Steve), Bobby (Carol), Jimmy and Karen; and many nieces and nephews. 

She was a 1978 graduate of Altoona Area High School and a caregiver at United Cerebral Palsy.

Robin enjoyed collecting bears. She loved spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed her cat, Kitty. "WE LOVE YOU MORE."

At the request of the family, there will be no service. Arrangements are by Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home Inc., 1204 17th St., Altoona.
