Rose Marie Miller

Mrs. Rose M. Miller age 86, of Altoona, PA., died Wednesday at Altoona Regional Health System Altoona Hosp Campus. Born in Nicktown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine (Schlereth) Beckel. She married Joseph P. Miller on November 25, 1942 at Cumberland Md. He preceded her in death on January 13, 1982. Survived by one daughter: Veronica her husband Gary Pruitt of Germantown, Tennessee, Two sons: William F. his wife Joan Miller of Pittsburgh, and Joseph A Miller with whom she resided. 3 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren. Mrs. Miller enjoyed Volunteering at the Blair Senior Citizens Center, Altoona Friends may be received Friday from 3 to 7 pm at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home, Inc., 1204 - 17th Street, Altoona, Pa. A funeral services will be held Friday, March 6, 2009 at 7:00 pm, by Pastor Bill Pepper. Inurnment will be at Sts. Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Cemetery.
