SHERWOOD B. REYNOLDS

Mr. Sherwood Burr Reynolds age 89, of Hollidaysburg Veterans Home formerly of the Green Ave Towers, died Monday afternoon at the Home. He was born in Altoona, he was the son of the late George William and Bertha (Feather) Reynolds. Predeceased in death by his brother, Alvin William Reynolds, and a sister, Betty Ellen Boese. Mr. Reynolds was a former member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, and a member IAIA Post 0827 American Legion. He served with the US Army during World War II as a private. Friends may be received from 9;30 to 11;30 am Friday July 22, 2011 at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home, Inc., 1204 - 17th Street, Altoona, PA.. Where a funeral services will be held 11:30 am Friday by Pastor Peggy Bonsell officiating. Committal will be at Carson Valley Cemetery.
