SUSAN E. SPRANKLE
June 24, 1948 — November 8, 2022
Altoona
Susan E. Sprankle, 74, of Altoona, passed away Tuesday afternoon at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late William C. and Pauline (Leonard) Plummer.
Surviving are a daughter, Ronda (Chris) Dodson; and a son, Troy Sprankle; grandchildren: Whitney Dodson, Jessica Sprankle, Kearsten Whitfield and Allison Sprankle; and two great-granddaughters, Alayna Moser and Rylee Dodson. She is also survived by a sister, Yvonne Ryan.
She was preceded in death by four brothers: Dick, William, Ronald and Dave Plummer; and a sister, Shirley Rader.
Susan retired from C-COR as an assembly worker and enjoyed playing games and cards. She especially loved spending time with her family.
Friends are welcome to attend a celebration of Susan’s life from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022, at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home Inc., 1204 17th St., Altoona.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
