We serve each and every family in our community with great pride and are able to offer a wide range of services to meet your families needs and customs. Our staff will guide you through the necessary decisions with attention to every detail, in order to help relieve the burden on your family during your time of loss.
Traditional Funeral: which usually includes viewing, a funeral and a burial. The Funeral director and staff prepare the remains for viewing. A funeral service is held at a church or the funeral home, followed by graveside services at a cemetery of the family choosing.
We recommend this service to help the grieving family to cope with the lost of their loved one.
Other options: Private viewing and funeral services for family members only and close friends.
The cost of casket, burial vault, opening of grave and newspaper costs and any other goods and services will have to be factor in your choice of services.
Immediate Burial: burial as soon as possible with no embalming.
(Pennsylvania Rules and Regulations number 13.201 6(i) requires that any human remains held 24 hours beyond death shall be embalmed or sealed in a container that will not allow fumes or odors to escape or kept under refrigeration, if this does not conflict with a religious belief or medical examination.)
Cremation can arrange from a direct cremation to a complete funeral service before cremation.
Full funeral services followed by cremation: This option is like a traditional funeral but after viewing and funeral, the body is cremated and returned to the family in a container or buried in the cemetery of the family choosing.
Immediate cremation: After removal of the remains from the place of death, the funeral director does all necessary paperwork. The Cremains are returned to the family in a temporary container or buried.
Cremation with a memorial services: The Cremains are placed in an urn and is present at the memorial service. The service can be held at a church, funeral home or other location specify by family members or buried.
Cremation with memorial service and graveside services: After all services the remains are placed in a special container for burial. (According to the rules of the particular cemetery).
