The late Stanley J. Krish graduated in 1941 from Eckels College of Embalming in Philadelphia. After serving in WWII, he returned to his hometown. Along with his wife Edna he founded the Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home in June 1947 with the official opening in December 1947.
